"Effie"

Amongst all my other OCS this one (besides another named "Wolfie") is one of the cringiest old OCS so I decided to fix it. I decided to name her 'Effie' and turn her into a toon instead of leaving her in the dying world of Jamaa. And yes, she's a fox, not a wolf.

Species: Fox Toon

Orientation: Straight (she/her)

Personality: Mischievous (Façade, as a cartoon villain)

Occupation: Cartoon Character (falsely)

Shy at times and calm, but rarely timid. (true personality)

Backstory: During the events of a TV station called "KXB-TV channel 6" airing "Phoebe The Amazing Ferret", some viewers say the 1930s cartoon had a villain character who they call as "Effie Fox". Her creator, along with Phoebe Ferret, is Vinnie Phalen, but unlike Phoebe, she was created in 1940.

But since the cartoon ran only for 3 years because of world war 2 there was a halt to the show. Until in 1978, KXB-TV brought Phoebe & Effie back as a TV series (as Phoebe the amazing Ferret Returns!). But unfortunately Phoebe Ferret's show was cancelled in 1992, and Effie had a show of his own until the station's final closure in December 1993, on 9:00 PM. The cause of the closure is unknown.

Effie also has a monster form where she can mimic 1930's rubberhose cartoon abilities Andis surprisingly fast in speed, but unlike Phoebe Ferret, her true personality intends not to hurt anyone despite being a villain character in the cartoon.

Effie was sighted in the abandoned KXB-TV Television station and other abandoned buildings at around 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM. but unlike Phoebe, she's usually found in dark rooms. And she doesn't attack.
