A physical therapist that helps Rosa after her second Olympics trip. Despite being mischievous and a bit devilish he is loyal and cunning, romantically interested in Rosa as well.
Backstory
Quill was born on a rainy night and left at the steps of an orphanage sick and with very little basic information about his name and his parents that were unable to care for him. The people who took him in gave him to a temporary care giver who raised him until he was old enough for school, then he joined the rest of the parentless kids in attending a small private school in a social and enjoyable life.
Living at school Quill was a popular and likeable kid, he played well with others, was persuasive and charming, and was very well mannered, top of his class with his grades. They screened the kids for abilities and Quills results were off the charts, so hoping to avoid complications they sent him away for a short while to try to see what was it that he could do. That time away from his close friends was devastatingly lonely for him, only kept in a small dorm and having to do multiple medical test. His mental vulnerability allowed a possessor to sense his ability and slip into his brain going undetected until Quill was allowed back in school now knowing he could manipulate elements.
Quill began practicing, unsure of how to go about it but something felt off at the time, his mind felt distant, detached from reality. He felt depressed but without any lack of emotions, nothing was connecting like it did. One day, everything went dark, he was watching as his body moved for him, the possessor took full control of him and all he could do was watch.
The next ten years were a blur for him, he watched as he ran away and his body commited crimes. The person in control of his body was spontaneous,random, and psychopathic. They only wanted material possessions and they did anything to get it. Quill witnessed his abilities do cruel unimaginable things before he was finally captured. The process of removing the criminal was horrible but Quill was glad to have them gone. With his record cleared and purged to his request he didn't know where to go from there. There was only one thing he had from that time, a chain of beads from a monk temple so he decided to return them in person.
Arriving at the peak of the mountain where the monk village was located Quill was surprised to find that they didn't shut him out for what had happened. Instead they forgave the situation, took him in and helped him be at peace with himself, training his abilities to a mastery level. After he did all that he could he left confidently, working as a physical therapist to help improve others health.
