POWERS

• Digital Communication - able to communicate with electronics that he has access to or is able to mentally hack, able to steal their data or input his own, also able to keep track, trace and intercept wireless messages from up to 30 electronic items, or track messages and data transfers within an area (50-500m radius)
• Number Manipulation - able to "see" numbers, such as movement speed, kinetic energy, temperature, etc, and adjust them, eg. by reducing the falling speed of an object, reflecting an attack, or altering the force of gravity. Able to do so at high speeds, effects are only temporary, great adjustments are tiring for him and he cannot maintain adjusting too many variables at one time - pushing his limits will give him a migraine or knock him out
  • Stat Up - able to increase his own stats, eg. increasing his movement speed, upping the power of his blows or slowing/reflecting any attacks aimed towards him, able to do it for others but only if he isn't actively participating in the battle (requires concentration) 
  • Temperature Manipulation - Able to manipulate heat and cold, usually by blasting a cone of heat or cold at opponents or surrounding them in a bubble of heat or cold
  • Probability Sight - able to see the probabilities of certain events happening, unable to adjust the numbers
  • Power Calculation - able to roughly gauge an individual's power rating by their stat numbers, and their strengths by the probability of him or someone else winning/losing against them. Also usable to detect hidden people/objects by getting their numbers, very limited adjustment capabilities 

EQUIPMENT

• Guns - owns a pair of handguns that are able to shoot specially modified bullets. His bullets seem normal at first, but have a special antenna within them that is able to transmit their location to him or any receptor that is tuned to detect them. Also contains a secondary explosive payload that he is able to detonate at will
• Sunglasses - they are totally normal but silver numbers will flash across them when he triggers a special function on the glasses itself, this effect is completely decorative but his underlings seem to think it's cool so he keeps doing it. Also has the additional effect of misleading opponents into think his sunglasses are somehow special

NOTES

• Loves exploring ancient and historical locations, also an art buff
• Very interested in mathematics, sciences and economics
• His sense of humour is horribly cheap and punny . . .  but he likes to pretend it isn't and is very good at controlling his reactions
• Has a somewhat complicated but very close relationship with Lysandre, and sometimes asks the other appositi to spy for him
