When the moon met the stars, everything became whole.

Rowan's first (and, really, only) love, Ori is a prince of Hell descended from the Devil himself. Their love burned bright and fast -- perhaps too fast. After becoming immortal and giving part of his soul to Ori, Rowan had proposed, and a few days later, Ori was gone without a trace. Rowan has spent his entire immortal life heartbroken and longing for Ori, wanting so badly to see him again...And then he does, and the rest is history.
Blair Yi
Blair is...odd. To put it politely. Rowan can't quite remember where they met or when, but Blair has been a near constant fixture in his life for the past few decades. Whenever Rowan has needed help of any kind, Blair has been there, ready to assist with only slightly ominous observations. It wasn't until recently that he discovered Blair is also Ori's best friend, and he can't help but wonder what Blair hasn't told him.

Appearance
- height. 6'5" / 195.58 cm
- build. very broad, this guy is basically a giant – his shoulders are fairly broad but his waist/hips kind of taper in a bit (think of a faint dorito shape). he's a little muscular as everything is fairly defined. his proportions are fairly even (long legs and a torso to match!) essentially...large.
- eye color. dark purple, almost black. (formerly a very pretty golden brown)
- hair. black – thick, straight, and a little long; his bangs fall just below his cheekbones while the rest sort of curls around the end of his neck. usually not very styled, just sort of tucked behind his ears.
- distinguishing characteristics. big nose! resting bitch face. eyebrow slit. freckles and moles scattered all along his face and neck.
- piercings. double pierced lobes on both sides. right ear: industrial, forward helix, helix, daith, rook. left ear: rook, flat, helix, forward helix, tragus, conch, snug. right eyebrow pierced, & has three piercings on his nose: septum, then a stud and ring both on the left nostril. lip (right side). nipples, navel, apadravya (genital so pls don't google if u don't wanna see that).
- tattoos. man. wip. he has so fucking many. well into double digits. i'll add a visual reference guide at some point but just know that he has them everywhere.
- style. punk. all black all the time. rowan is a big fan of leather (particularly pants) and it shows. his chest is sort of a focal point of his design – his wardrobe is generally made up of button up shirts that are hardly ever buttoned up so there's full cleavage, layered with fishnet shirts underneath. several rings & chains on his belt, boots, & around his neck. always wears a silver heart shaped locket and a necklace for orion's constellation, and always has his nails painted black. big black combat boots, eyeliner, & usually some eyeshadow. basically...he looks terrifying to any suburban mom and like a total heartthrob to anyone who shops at hot topic.
Mental/Emotional
- personality. rowan is fairly reserved; he doesn't tend to show much emotion despite feeling everything very deeply. he's the type to rarely smile or fully laugh unless he's comfortable with the people he's around. though not particularly standoffish, he doesn't have many friends because he tends to keep to himself. now that he's sober, he tends to keep to himself and prefers reading a good book in the quiet of his own home to loud, chaotic parties. however, he's a bit...deranged, and the more comfortable he is, the more likely he is to show it. he'll blend cheetos and cucumbers in gatorade just to feel something. sometimes he can be a bit wild when he's not extremely deadpan...but on the inside, he's very sweet and sensitive and wants nothing more than to be loved and have the quiet, simple life he was denied in his youth. still, he's very...closed off and doesn't let people get too close for fear of getting hurt again.

- habits. his anxiety and restlessness manifest largely in fidgeting, most often with his rings, sleeves if he has any or his hair. paces when he's worked up and clicks pens when he's thinking. if he's upset, he tends to close off completely and avoid interaction until he levels out - this could range anywhere from hours to days depending on the severity.

- The name "Rowan Carlisle" came from a search for "fancy boy names". He wanted to sound rich and mysterious, and now it just feels strange if anyone calls him Minjun.
- Rowan has a three year old pitbull named Petal. He was attending an event for a local shelter for work and fell in love the moment he saw her. He takes her everywhere with him when he's able, and puts her in cute dresses and hats -- have you ever seen a tall punk dude with major resting bitch face walking a pitbull wearing a pink polka dot bathing suit with matching shoes? Well, you're going to.
- He has somewhere around 30 tattoos, ranging in size and style. Because of how he dresses, a fair amount of them are visible, including the ones on his hands and neck. Almost all of his tattoos are simply black ink, with exception to the Orion's Belt tattoo on his abdomen, done in a watercolor style.
- One of these tattoos is of the character Tomie. Rowan got it during a black out, and had absolutely no idea where he got the idea from or who Tomie even was. He wouldn't find out until 2013 when someone asked him if he liked horror.
- Rowan primarily speaks Korean. Though he's fluent in several languages, he defaults to Korean, where he's more comfortable expressing himself.
- He's an excellent cook, but since he has no fear of dying or disease, lives almost exclusively on hot wings and microwaveable ramen cups.
