A strange traveling mercenary. He fights to an invisible beat in his head, and abides by it so strongly that should it somehow be disturbed, it throws him off enough to completely overpower him.

Wields two relic-like weapons; a large blade in which enchanted stones can be inset, and a wooden bow that catches flame should it be drawn and fired. It shoots arrows of fire, and formerly belonged to his rival's father, whom he killed. This also earned him the nickname of "Godhunter."

His rival was a childhood friend of his. In a bizarre twist of fate, Alto had awoken one day to complete amnesia, missing large chunks of memory for the past several years. Silvestro, furious at him, burned their home village, killing most of those who lived there and leaving him alive to awaken in the wreckage of their home. This is what had originally set Alto out for revenge, which he considers achieved now that he's also taken what meant the most to Silvestro, being his father's life.

Served the military for a time, in which he searched for his father. He never found him, but it was working with them that he acquired the first of two relic weapons, being his blade. It originally belonged to his partner, whom unfortunately perished in the line of duty. It was here that Alto vowed never to allow himself to open up again; he would simply be hurt if he allowed himself to be vulnerable.

Rather bitter and sharp-tongued. He can be cruel at the worst of times, and isn't much better at his best. Still, he is a very efficient and popular mercenary.

Currently travels with Silvestro (his rival), and Delaine. Despite how cruelly he can act towards Silvestro, the piece of him that clings to their childhood friendship does care for him...
