Dr. Soliz Slynectar

Dr. Soliz Slynectar, an alchemist and bandit whose life's work is taking the world's most ridiculous faux remedies and tonics... and making them work, no matter how grisly the side effects may be. He's able to run fast enough to keep up with a high speed train, and he uses his roguish charm, good looks, and antennae capable of leveling concrete to get the ingredients for his alchemical creations- before giving them graciously to some poor soul and making them an unwitting guinea pig. Of course, some of his hapless subjects may wish for more extreme symptoms- as, on occasion, Slynectar might consider someone with unsatisfactory results as his next meal...

Dr. Slynectar is incredibly vain and incredibly cunning- he's casually flirtatious with pretty much anyone who's comfortable with that sort of behavior. Behind the pretty face and confident charm, though, lies the combination of curiosity and malevolence that makes him as dangerous a mad scientist as he is.
