Aquilo

Name is tentative- Is the name of the Roman God of the Northern Wind.

Aquilo was created by Kiki for N, a highly experimental genetic splice as Aquilo is actually Fatherless. His stability is a little wobbly, but he is growing normally at least. He is so pale that he easily gets dark circles under his eyes. He is rather cold to the touch as Kiki spliced him with N's DNA (gathered by Winter who only had a vague idea of what was going on) some Everfrost and a few other experimental items. She doubted that He would grow like he did, but as he started forming like any other baby she created, She had high hopes for him. 

Aquilo was used as leverage, however, when a masked man kidnapped Kiki for reasons that are unclear. She refused to work with the masked man until he threatened Aquilo's weak little life. it would seem that as long as she did as she was told, Aquilo would remain unharmed.

Description:
He has dark blue hair, pale skin, one eye has black sclera and the other eye has regular sclera. Both his irises are white, with normal pupils. He has poor eyesight and must wear glasses to see anything properly. he has a small pair of blue wings on his back, though it's not likely he will be able to fly with them. He doesn't seem to have any real ice powers, or at least nothing he can control. He's cold to the touch, and if he touches something long enough, a layer of frost will begin to form.
