Dr. Satellore

Dr. Satellore is a sentient satellite- formerly orbiting the central planet of Port Ohm. Taking in the stars and the lore written about them as part of her Astronomy studies, Satellore became fascinated with the concept of Astrology- but found the fact that it wasn't founded in real science or magic in most worlds she found sorely disappointing. She's resolved to fix that- using a combination of mind-warping magic and sociology to imbue her test subjects with rays that boost astrologically-appropriate traits within them. The screens on her arms and lower torso often display a person's star signs(corrected with the shifting of the stats) and their boosted attributes while she's studying them.

Dr. Satellore is a kindly figure- singing sweetly about people's energies and the things the stars say to her about them, it's easy to forget the fact that she usually uses her gifts to build rapport for whichever sinister overlord-to-be is funding her research....
