Ilulu was born from an overflow of magic, later she was adopted by a middle-aged couple that lived in a village that had a connection to both the surface and undergrowth of Mesoterra.They already had aolder son, the couple was very supportive and always showered her with attention why the other kid avoided her.

Over the coarse of a year, Ilulu started to wiggle around and crawl towards what ever she could hear, often bumping into things. The family had early on noticed that something was wrong with her eyes but now where she permanently bumped into objects the couple went to let a medical check on their little daughter. The Medical then brought them the news that their daughter was blind.

Reaching the age of three she already had a couple of medical close calls. Her brother Illeo grew overly protective of her, follwoing her around and making sure she wouldn't get hurt.
When Ilulu turned five she had her first asthma attack and received her inhalator. Her Asthma always worsened during heavy rain which meant she needed to stay inside when rain seseon was around the corner. Illeo would play with her and braid her hair.
But the older her brother got the more he started to work on the field, leaving Ilulu with nothing but pen and paper, although she couldn't see she enjoyed painting the canvas and it soon became her hobby.

Illeo never left his sister's side and the two grew inseparable. Illeo not only became an amazing older brother but also a unique guardian to Ilulu.
It's rare to see one without the other!
