Other: Semi metallic body with small stars that appear randomly around her, she has a false halo that follows her profile.
Personality: She  often appears sad and wistful but that's just how she was made which coupled with her dazzling appearance might be both a gift and a curse. She's doing well for herself and doesn't like when others baby or pity her especially if the same types would ignore her when she really is hurting ("You're always sad, why is now different?") Her motto would be look on the bright side but it's confusing when used around friends since Bright is a well known 1st friend that sometimes acts as the sun.
Likes: Flying especially on cloud filled days, prefers silver colored things. Treasures her gift from Bright which is a detachable horn its sort of like a crown she wears on special days though unlike other 1st friend gifts it doesn't possess any magic properties aside from glowing.
Dislikes: Many friends and sometimes real hosts assuming she's sad from her looks

History: Shin liked to make pen pal friends by sending nice letters to random imaginaries and keeping in touch occasionally if they were to ever respond. One of these pen pals happened to be Bright who at the time kept their true identity secret to avoid being treated differently. Once Bright was able to take a break and return to IL he visited his Shin in person as a surprise giving her a small gift as token of appreciation. After Kaleido was later replaced with Kale who had dreams of beginning his own adventure to other worlds Bright had to return to the skies but they still send each other letters to this day.
Other: Shin does seem flashier than most "civ friends" which doesn't go unnoticed. Theory is one of Kaleido's passing memories or her own daydreams might have leaked into the creation of this friend. It also doesn't help that Bright's recent addition of a gifted horn might trigger those memories oops.
