SV-039 is an android! Despite their vision being beyond perfect, they still choose to wear glasses...for some reason.
They're able to completely alter themselves, allowing for extensive customization! Wings, Horns, heck, rocket boots?? None are off the table!
To avoid being referred to by their serial number (which is quite the mouthful) they go by Valen (Vay-len) instead!
