Lobelia, despite her demure nature, desperately wants to leave a legacy in the world. Despite having invented the Smurfic writing system singlehandedly at the age of 20, somehow this wasn't enough for her, and so she apprenticed under Basil to learn plant magic. She isn't good at plant magic, but she refuses to give up. She's very stubborn in general and will persist at things long after most people would have given up.
Lobelia has a tendency to be overly polite, repeating the same apologies over and over again. She can never tell what other people are feeling, so she's always worried she's going to make them upset by being rude, or too much of a burden, or... well, she's got a lot of anxieties behind that "sweet southern belle" facade.
Her speech pattern includes many repeated phrases and quite a lot of "rote" language. Examples of this include:
- Repeating people's names three times
- Calling everyone either "Miss (name)," "Missus (name)," or "Mister (name)"
- Adding "...right?" to the end of sentences
- "Please don't go to any trouble on my account..."/"Don't feel the need to trouble yourself on my account..."
- "Pardon me, (name), but..."/"Pardon me fer pointin' this out..."
- Lobelia lives at the end of the Penultimate Ice Age!
- Or really, whatever else you're feeling... You can even delete the card entirely if you'd prefer!
If you want to add a paragraph or two here instead of using bullet points, it should still match up with the lines on the paper as long as you don't change the font size.
