Topaz's love bat, he's a more energetic social butterfly than most royal raised vampires. Honestly his joyful and mellow personality is what actually attracted Topaz to him.

His older brother (who is now ruling his homeland) is trying his best to get him married off, but not a lot of royal females really like his personality for some reason (probably too fun or clumsy for their tastes).
