By purchasing, trading or recieving any of my designs as a gift, you agree to these following terms. Displayed failure to do so will result in you being added to a private blacklist and blocked.

General

• Please don't delete my designs for any reason. My designs are forbidden from being sold offsite, and must be kept on Toyhouse. If you truly can't find a home for one of my designs you've obtained, feel free to either give them away as a freebie or send them back to me.

Artwork/Use of the design

• Please don't use my designs for NSFW/Adult content, I really don't feel comfortable with it.
• I do not permit my designs to be used in hateful content of any sorts, or content condoning/glorifying morally incorrect behaviour.
• You must recieve my explicit permission before using my design for commercial purposes. I'm usually cool with it but there's some cases where I'm not & it feels uncomfortable when people don't ask.

Reselling/Retrading/Regifting

• Please wait at least a week before retrading/reselling. Failure to do so will result in a blacklist. Regifting doesn't count for this!
• Characters received for free should not be resold or retraded without extra art/literatures added to them. Commissioned art/writing, trades and personal work can add towards the value, but gifted art can’t. Dollmakers and On-Base art do not count towards value at all, even if the base is P2U.
• ^ Donating my designs to currency-based shelters counts as retrading and the same rules apply.
• Upselling is also not allowed. Increase the value yourself or resell at the same value you got it for.
• Follow the transfer permissions (unless it says 'can't be transferred', then notify me). If it says it can't be resold, it can't.
• Please get my permission before using my designs in F2Es/Raffles.

Redesigning

• Redesigning my characters is completely fine! All you have to do is keep them recognisable. You can change the gender, species, minor details like clothing, and colour palettes.
• Exceptions being if a character is designed to be a certain identity (PoC, top surgery scars etc). Please don't erase that part of them.
