Payment

- Payment (in USD) by Paypal.

- Payment within 48 hours.

- I can hold, but please pay on time as you said. If there is a delay, please let me know.

- No refunds after purchases. If you dont like that design anymore, just resell or trade them.

- I accept Payment Plans, as long as you pay me 1/3 or 1/4 of the first payment. I will keep and only transfer the design to you when I receive the full amount.

- Only ask to buy or bid auction when you really want to buy and do not withdraw, that avoids wasting both parties' time.

- If you need hold or need more time to get enough money just let me know and i will give you time. I won't bite you, just don't "seen" me.

- If you ask to buy my adopt but there is a legitimate reason why you can't buy anymore, please let me know. Just don't say excuses like "I'm not interested anymore" when you asked to buy it a few minutes ago, it's so rude.

For Adopt you buy from me

- Keep the credit, don't take it as your design. All images drawn for the character must be credited by the rightful artist.

- You can be resold, traded or gift to others my design.

- You can resell for a higher price than the original price you bought from me, provided there are additional arts (personal arts or commission arts, and not counting messy sketches or shit posts). Otherwise, you can only sell at the price you bought from me.

- If you get my design through free raffle or as a gift, you can trade, of sell if have add more arts.

- You can change the design a bit if you want. But don't change too much.

- You can change the gender, detail, info or give them story after after you bought adopt from me.

- You can use my design for whatever you want, like for games, for roleplay,... You can make fursuit or plush from my design, it will be great!

- You can create other versions of my designs, like humaniod version, monster version... and you can do NSFW for them too, I dont mind that.

- You cannot use my arts for commercial use, like merch or game making. If you want to do commercial from my design, you can draw new pictures to make merch for sale.

- If you want to use my arts commercially, you can contact me to discuss further. Or you can use my paintings in commercial if you order commission from me and have discussed with me in advance.

- If you want to buy the character's copyrights to get 100% full rights of that character, please DM to negotiate with me. But usually the price will not be cheap.

- You can edit my adopt artworks, but please always keep the original images, and give full credit.

- If you purchase my designs in Closed Species, you must comply with the T.O.S of those Closed Species.

- You can reference my designs, but don't copy the same or steal it.

- Don't use any of my pictures or designs for NFT or sell for NFT. Dont use them for AI. I dont support NFT or AI. That's annoying.

COMMERCIAL USE*

- Purchases require an extra flat fee for commercial use if you wish to profit off of the design. The added value will depend on the original value:

+ For designs under $50, it will be x4 of the original value
+ Design from $50 to $100 will x3 original value
+ Design over $100 will x2 original value

The price will be x3 of the purchased adoption price. For example, with a $50 design, the price will be x3 and add another $150, so in total you will have to pay $200 to me ($50 original value and $150 commercial fee). Please contact me if you wish to pay the extra fee, and I will update your character's permissions under the ownership section. 

If you break the rule, I will remind or warn you. I don't do Blacklist but I will take precautions when dealing with you in the future.
