Part of the Morabella Viera clan, Moniki moved around a lot in the mountain range. When the time came for her to learn fencing, she rejected it because moving around too much wasn't appealing. Instead she took up the bow and proved she could be useful in shooting when she shot bullseyes after a week of practice. Moniki was brought on missions early on to provide support for the fencing unit. Her arrows would maim enemies and stop merchant carts on missions but when the talk of promoting her to head of the archery unit started to buzz, Moniki decided it was time to leave. She didn't want the responsibility so she left the clan in the middle of the night with only a note that said c'ya. Moniki traveled to the airship station with the intent to stow away on an airship since she forgot to bring money but encountered Clan Chowder as they were cleaning up an airship of monsters. Moniki helped out and they welcomed her to the clan where she got what she wanted. An easy living of arrows in battle and food off the field.
