☆Astra☆

Summary:

Astra is a 16-year-old who was born on Celestelia, a planet much like Earth. Astra is a very creative, nice person, but can be very anxious and self-conscious about themself. He is interested in many things, but she especially likes to draw, play video games, write, and listen to music. One of Astra's favorite hobbies is stargazing, and she often spends a lot of his time studying space. Astra hates storms, and thunder and lightning scare him. Astra also dislikes school. They don't like having to sit in class all day, and they only ever get to look forward to art class. School is a big reason why he hates rumors, since she has a past of getting bullied and made fun of.

Personality:

Astra is very kind and quiet and tends to be pretty anxious and self-conscious. She usually doesn't talk to people that much, but once she starts talking about their interests, he gets super excited and talks much more. Astra doesn't cry that often, and when they do it's by himself since he gets pretty embarrassed about doing it. They don't usually get too worked up about things, and she prefers to resolve issues peacefully compared to fighting and arguing.

Astra's Past:

Astra was often made fun of and bullied as a kid. Having pure white fur was seen as strange to most kids, so Astra had little to no friends and was very lonely. The majority of his bullying was verbal, although kids did sometimes physically hurt them. All of this makes Astra very anxious around others, and she tries not to talk as much to not get made fun of more. As Astra grew up, the white fur he had became very popular after multiple celebrities ended up having the same colored fur. Despite that, Astra was still heavily affected by the bullying from their childhood and is still anxious and nervous to this day. Astra took up hobbies like drawing, reading, and gaming to get away from the world that seemed to hate her so much, and those interests stayed with her as she grew up. Their bullying also led to their huge interest in space, since as a very young kid they dreamed of going off to another world away from everything else. Of course, Astra knows that isn't possible now, but they still think space is amazing, and they like to learn as much as they can about it when he has the free time. A brighter side to his bad childhood is that the majority of the people in her life were supportive of them being trans and bisexual. Most people in their world are pretty nice about that sort of thing, and Astra was able to transition very easily and live a better life.
