Ignis Fatuus

A creature that only appears once autumn hits, it haunts old fields, orchards, abandoned farms, and other creepy areas.

It does not seem to have any ill intent, though it will lead astray travelers. Its eyes glow with a bright yellow light, trailing a faint 'tail' akin to that of a comet's. 

It goes dormant in winter, regrowing come spring, and gathers nutrients from the soil and plants around it throughout the summer.
