PWNER THE STONER is a guy. he has no eyes so he wears his sunglasses to fit in. hes permanently in a state of almost crying due to how fucking HIGH he is. hes at the ripe age old of 19 and also a massive weed addict.
while not high, he is very shy and will barely talk since everyones already paying enough attention to him because, yknow, he has no eyes (he only wears the glasses when hes high). HOWEVER. when he IS high, he goes absolutely BATSHIT INSANE. he makes very BAD and IMPULSIVE DECISIONS THAT YOU SHOULDNT DO, and its also very hard for him to return to his normal state since he LOVES WEED
