Octavius O. Puss

Octavius is Nareen's childhood best friend. After getting attacked and being rendered unable to use magic, Nareen switched to the scavenging trade that Octavius is learning so they could be together. Octavius' parents are separated, with one parent (Optic O. Puss) living in Fester Valley and vis other parent that Nareen doesn't really know much about living in Bestew Canyon. Octavius doesn't really talk about vis other parent despite going to see per sometimes and avoids questions about per for reasons nobody really knows. Octavius and Nareen have always been outcasts and get bullied and ridiculed by Dali, one of their peers, but neither of them really let it bother them too much or take Dali too seriously.
