Clan Pifra was a clan of second-choices; foundlings who just didn't catch on like the others. Foundlings who found their interests in other things beyond the Way, ones who were captivated by the world around them. No less capable in combat, but ones who flourished in other points of interest. Chieftan Pifra of Clan Pifra was particularly interested in these foundlings, and would take in any who seemed out of place amongst the combat-centric clans around them. It was through this that she created a clan of researchers, of scientists, and of engineers. Juno Caheere was one of these foundlings; taken in at age 7, Juno was raised on the idea that knowledge was just as powerful as a vibrosword or blaster. It wasn't until the Battle of Yaava that Juno would be thrust from her home, due to an explosion removing her helmet and, by Clan Pifra code, her status as a true Mandalorian.

The Clone Wars

During the Clone Wars, Juno worked as a mercenary for both sides, generally leaning towards Separatist jobs due to their increased payout and more consistent offerings. She was not, however, opposed to working for the Republic, though she harbored a bitter hatred for Jedi in particular, as her clan ensured her that they were the reason she was an apostate in the first place. Throughout the entirety of the Clone Wars, Juno flew solo, with only her companion droid CD-0 to keep her company and very little money to her name. Throughout this time, Juno battled her own identity, doing her best to hold onto the creed that had thrown her out when she needed it the most.

At some point, Juno began to work closely with the Republic, often accompanying clone forces on missions. This specifically included various visits to Mandalore, where Juno would act as both a translator and an informant between Mandalorian parties.

Death Watch

In the final months of the Clone Wars, Juno found herself an unofficial member of Deathwatch, working under Pre Vizla to help secure the Mandalorian throne. They offered her a false sense of kinship and honor, claiming that they could help restore her to her past self. Because of this, Juno would fight alongside Deathwatch until the slaying of Pre Vizla, where she defected under Mauls rule and returned to her isolated lifestyle. In her final act of alliegance with Deathwatch, Juno would fight alongside the 501st and Deathwatch in the Seige of Mandalore, before she ultimately parted ways with the group. She found that both parties exploited her skills and misused the information she provided to them. In wake of the recent Empire, Juno would fight alongside various rebellion forces, aiding multiple parties in their quest for freedom and for the fall of Palpatine.
