Backstory

Stormwisp has been living in an alternate reality for as long as she can remember. Where she exists, anything could happen, any place could exist, and she could explore every part of it as long as she likes. This is a reality known as the Dream Realm, where all living beings go when they sleep and visit for the night, and show up in an incorporeal form, dreaming of their own worlds which Stormwisp has the ability to enter and become a part of as long as the being is dreaming. She had always wondered what it was like in their world, real life: where she is unable to go to. For some reason she was stuck in the Dream Realm, and she is on a journey to figure out why.

The dream world is like an imitation of reality, with a more fantastical feel. Each land has its own aesthetic, and Stormwisp, using her memories, can fast travel any place she'd like to. Stormwisp is not alone in her world, for some cats are just like her. Except they are able to enter and leave the dream realm as they please, though nobody knows why, for the Dream Realm in itself is one big mystery. She feels comforted knowing there are others, and some of the cats she's met like to help her on her quest to enter the real world.
