Design Terms of Use
You agree with this rules automatically when getting a character designed by me.

¬Credit me for the design of the character and the original artwork made by me. Buying a character by me doesn't make you the original designer.
¬You can re sell/trade/gift the character if you got it through a sale.
¬Resell for the same price you bought the character unless it has extra commissioned art or art made by you.
¬If you got a character created by me through trade or gift you CAN NOT sell it unless you have my permission. Change the character's tradeability on toyhou.se when transfering it if you are trading or gifting it.
¬ Do not delete the character's toyhouse or set private (if you want to hide it from the public please let me see it by adding me to a list on toyhou.se).
¬You MAY link this document to the new owner im case of reselling/trading/giving the character so they can agree to my T.O.U.
¬Do not make major changes to the design to the point of making it look like something else. Color palette changes and extra markings are fine, erasing some SMALL markings and changing the species is also fine.
