Like his father, Kapal is smart beyond his years. He grew up poor and learned anything and everything that he could, just in case he would need the knowledge later. Because of this, he was the only one of his siblings to go to school. He excelled and joined a special school for those far ahead of others their age. The boy quickly decided that he would only learn things he enjoyed or needed because everything else would just bog him down and make him unhappy. So he studied music, fashion design, weapon design, maths, science, and physical self care. These kept him busy at a young age.

However, during all his school years, he would be sure to take time to visit his sister Amphi. The little girl had been taken away by the government for a reason that he didn't quite know until much later. He was allowed to see her every now and then, but never to see what she did in the large facility where she was held with numerous other children. 

Also in his school time, he met a boy who was the cause of much confusion in the school for a while. This boy, Nautillo of Rokka, was nearly identical to Kapal. They were constantly mistaken for each other. Finally, they met. Kapal and his doppelganger became best friends almost instantly. After a time Nautillo brought Kapal to the Underground. It didn't take them long to both be put in the Prison Unit. 

Kapal became head of tech in the Prison Unit and he and Nautillo  both were busier than ever. They had school, duties for the underground, visits to Amphi, and on top of that they began an entertainment business on the side. 

Then came Amphi's transfer. 

Everything went haywire for him after that. He couldn't see his sister until Nautillo rescued her and brought her to the Prison unit. Then underground and underground prison unit began to fight. In the fray of battles, the boy was captured and locked in a cell and forced to make weapons for the Underground until. He knew this wouldn't last long though, because of his constant insergence. He would have to either be rescued by the underground or killed....
