Background:
Originally he was a very smart child due to his father being a scientist and wanting his son to achieve great things, but due to a chronic illness that seemed to run in the family his son wasn't able to do so. In the end, his father did all he could to preserve the body but by then all they could save was the brain. Because his father was apart of the government program that aided the aliens, he was able to work with some of the technology they were using to create their experimental humanoid cyborgs and android soldiers. He used this technology to craft a body from the alien technology offered and after several tests, placed Miguel's brain into it. Currently, Miguel is resting in a stasis pod so that his brain can connect properly with the body as well as make sure his memories are uploaded properly.
