Oliver is naive young octoling living in splatsville with his older brother. He's a bit shy, a huge people pleaser and doesn't have a lot of confidence in himself or his abilities. He escaped to the surface with his brother when he was a lot younger and remembers little to nothing from the domes. Autism be damned my boy can work a grill!!! (he can't)
