Chimeons. A mix of Chime and Ribbons, the gold specs appear when they step and eventually lift up and make a small chime. Their steps usually sound like a music box!
They can speak via telepathy and don’t usually talk orally.
And the Sparkle trail is just the chimes they emit. They can stop it, but that means that they have to tie their ribbons tightly around them
