Whitetip's parents

The King (Fish) and Queen (Penguin) of Village Port. Due to the disappearance of Mother Goose, they weren't able to raise Whitetip, and, therefore, had to leave him into Humpty Dumpty’s care. They’re currently investigating what happened to Mother Goose. However, they do receive messages from Whitetip via his pet birds, Peter and Paul.

Whitetip got his fishlike features from his father (The fins, eyes, head crest). He also inherited his father's flying fish form. He also got the coat color, feathers, penguin body, and feet from his mother.
