Confetti is a tired Toxa. He mostly has no time to wait for the younger toxa's and is as grumpy as Novark :000. His curious nature has been squashed out by his cynicism and negativity and now just broods about everything.

• His back is covered in colorful small spots and clouds with rainbows
• keep the colorful stitches if they become visible please^^
• I'd preffer if the sprinkles were on a layer above the line art ^^
• Would recommend eating his sparkles, it tastes like sprinkles
