- A blaspheme: rejected the Salmonid ideology of 'the cycle of life' in favor of prolonging his own for as long as he can. There is just far too much of the world still to experience and far too many people to meet to leave it be after so short a time: to return to the earth as is Salmonid way without having experienced even a fraction of it.
- Decided to leave their home school after defecting from their belief system, they migrated to Splatsville in search of medical treatment: attempting to fight their body's natural progression of decay.
- She now works at Ammo Knights, mostly to pay her medical bills; though with the added bonus of sharing her knowledge of Salmonid tech with the cephalopod world-- as well as getting the opportunity to study their own tech in turn.

- Speaks enough Inklish to get by, but is by no means completely fluent. Has a heavy accent and often creates sentences with an odd structure.
- Her condition has been mostly stabilized, preventing new damage-- though the existing fungal growth in certain areas has proven rather tenacious and will spread if left untreated.
- Enjoys strong sensory experiences. Loud music, bright lights, rich flavors... things like that.
