A peculiar individual leading a double life without most people knowing. As "Virgile", he's living a very easy life, as he doesn't need any money and he has people assisting him in his everyday life. He's a nobleman but doesn't feel like it, he's usually looked down among the people of his rank but doesn't seem to be too bothered by this. Thankfully he doesn't ask for trouble, beeing very submissive and obedient. He usually won't try to bother people he judges powerful or influential, and will lay low in front of them. He prefers running away from trouble, beeing quite cowardly.

As for his appearence, he most always offers a shy face. His default expression is a sad looking expression with a tiny smile, mouth closed. He almost never smiles with his teeth showing, because he finds it terrifying and he doesn't want to scare other people. His emotions can be read on his face like an open book, and if he tries to hide them, he would most likely fail and become really awkward.

He took a lot of theater lessons and dreams to perform with a troupe. A dream most people of his rank finds ridiculous.

As "Bernadette", she's much more outgoing, taking advantage of her outfit hiding her face so people can't recognize her. Since no one can see her face under the mask, she will exagerate her tone and gesture when in jester outfit, so people can and will know what are her emotions. She usually goes from place to place to perform show to entertain people. She has a soft spot for children, and loves to play with them and to make them laugh. Making people cry? Nope. Doesn't like that. She will feel to guilty about it.

... Which leads to the second part and the problematic one ; once in the jester outfit, they get over excited, and can almost look a bit crazy at times. Bernadette gets obsessed by the idea of performing shows, and while she is mostly harmless, she may and will do... stupid things, to say the least. Like, abducting people to put them in her shows pretty much without their consent. And overestimating the abilities of others, assuming they can do stuff they absolutely can't do, which leads often to disasters. Does Bernadette feel guilty after that ? Completly. But she can't help it. You're not helping yourself, dummy!

Trivia :

• The character was created as "Bernadette". She was supposed to be my persona and was pretty much a reminder of the mayor, but not limited to Animal Crossing.

• His other name should have been "Victor" or "Vincent" but something went wrong in my brain and it decided to choose "Virgile" instead.

• The name "Bernadette" and jester appearence is pretty much me getting inspired by this song (Bernadette - IAMX). For "Virgile", I probably just thought about Virgil from Arcanum.

• He wasn't created to be a Dottore segment, but one day I made a picrew with him and Ferro on it (pretty much decided how he looks under the mask at this moment) and he accidentally ended up looking like Dottore. So, well, since he looked like him, let's just, you know, make him be the guy--

• As you can see, his gender is pretty much whatever you want him to be called. NOW I had some trouble deciding if he was physically male or female. He ended up beeing male (thanks to Dottore... because of him? Who knows??)
