Personality

Zwei is a laid back and carefree detective, he can be lazy and relaxed, much to the dismay of his subordinates. He is very lax with his subordinates and doesnt taking things personally easily and doesnt like doing paper work, he can also be quite smug and playful, he is also pretty friendly. Despite what most people who meet him think, Zwei is the top detective of the state for a reason. he is incredibly intelligent, observant, perceptive, and clever. Zwei can get serious when he needs to, although he's usually chill, when he gets serious he can be sarcastic, blunt, and somewhat cold and has a bit of tendency to say things he doesn't mean when upset, its best not to make him angry, but after he comes to his senses he usually immediately apologizes for any rude or cold behavior. He has somewhat of an air of mystery to him, a lot of people aren't sure how he does the things he does, but boy is he good at his job. Although its not often, he can be kind of manipulative when he wants too, he says he got it from his parents.

Zwei is very open minded and approachable, he gives pretty good advice (although sometimes cryptic) and is can be very reliable, he seems to like being around people a lot. He is often seen napping or smoking in the WDA office, although his subordinates often scold him for being lazy and not doing office work, they greatly respect him and he doesnt mind being scolded as long as he gets to be around people he cares about. Zwei is very intelligent, he was only 16 when he got into collage due to having an advanced grade in highschool, he often says he felt pretty out of place in college and that he's always felt different from a lot of people, but he can never put a pin in why that is. In secret, Zwei is kind of lonely and very tired, he tries his best everyday to have a positive and friendly vibe as he doesn't like people to worry about him. A lot of people don't know but he works much more diligently when alone and at night, its often a mix of his job and his personal endeavors. Zwei is also very against corruption and wants to stop greedy and unjust people in positions of power, which is often why he often does his work in private more. He considers himself an optimistic realist in the sense that while he wants to look on the bright side he also knows life is life and sometimes he has to be realistic. When it comes to romance, he doesnt change much, but he's very much the gentleman and he'd the kind of guy to get his date gifts, like flowers and candy. He can also be a bit of a goofball, saying strange or silly things even if its not something he would do, like constantly joking about drugs despite never touching the stuff. Zwei feels alone for a few reasons, hes very used to people pleasing and his parents were the beginning of that, so when he didnt do what someone wanted he was usually just abandoned, his parents had kind of a reputation they wanted to uphold so he wasnt really given the proper emotional support and attention from both friends and family in the past. it also was because hes so intelligent he just didnt feel normal around others because thats something people would often point out, and it made him feel weird because he just wanted to be treated like a normal person. Which also ties into his reluctant rebellious complex, Zwei often finds himself wanting to go against the grain but also constantly struggling with whether he should do it. He doesn't want to disappoint others but he also doesn't want to be told what to do, he often has to force himself to just do something for himself for once.

Appearance

Zwei is an average height brown skinned young man, he has green eyes and a large scar around his neck. He has short green hair and often has a laidback expression, He commonly wears causal clothing and often wears his brown trench coat with a blue tee shirt and brown pants.

Skills and Abilities

Zwei was considered a child prodigy growing up, he was (and still is) exceptionally intelligent for his age, he excelled in academics and was constantly being put in higher grades due to his advanced thinking skills. He is also somewhat musically skilled as he's played the violin for a very long time, although he hasn't touched it much as an adult. As he got older, acquired more skills, such as hand to hand combat training, he graduated from college with a psychology and criminology degree, and he's very good at reading people. He is also exceptionally skillied at magic circle\alchemy magic, which is his main source of combat. His problem solving and detective skills are also quite high.

Backstory

Zwei grew up an only child in a somewhat high class home, his parents we're also in the criminal investigation field and held high standards for him, this caused Zwei to feel unappreciated and not good enough for his parents, so he often did things they wanted him to do, such as take violin, although, detective work is something he's always been interested in, while his parents wanted him to be a regular psychologist.

Zwei was only 16 years old when he got into college, he was the youngest person on campus and despite being one of the smartest people in the school he felt very out of place and didn't have many friends in collage. He was actually considering dropping out after a while due to pressure to succeed and anxiety, but never ended up going through with it. As he got older he started to become less tolerant of being pressured and told what to do, so he went against his parents wishes and studied criminology in preparation to become a detective, he lost contact with them after he officially started training.

Present Day

Currently Zwei is working for the WDA as an S class detective and the top one of the state, he doesn't care much for titles but appreciates the peoples trust in him and his subordinates stern but respectful faith in him.

Trivia

Zwei smokes often and even in the WDA office, he can mainly be seen with a cigarette in his mouth.

Zwei knows how to play the violin, although he hasn't touched it in a while.
