Adoption Rules >> No re-funds if you no longer want the character >> No re-selling without my consent or for a higher price than bought for unless paid for extra art is included. >> Once they are yours, you can change the design to your liking with hair, accessories, and minor color and pelt changes. >> No changing the design to the point it is unrecognizable. >> Holds will not last more than 24 hours.

Terms of Service >> Do not take credit for making the character. >> The character is only yours after you send the payment. >> If the character is a privately owned species you do not get rights to the species itself. >> If you back out of an auction, or the purchasing of an adoptable you have claimed due to failure to have the points or money for those designs you will be denied permission for further design purchases through us. This also applies for bidding/offering then removing or hiding your comments. >> I have the right to revoke ownership of your design if you break the Terms of Service or the initial adoption rules.
