T.O.S (March 7, 2023) -Don't do anything illegal with the designs I create.
On reselling: If I come across you reselling a design that I created with no art of any type added on (yours or elsewise, AI-generated images are not included and will NOT be counted as art of any sort.), you won't be able to purchase characters or art directly from me anymore. It's just rude.

-No illegal NSFW with the designs I've made.
-Please be sure the character has something extra added on before increasing their resale value! This could be anything from a sketch to a full piece, writing, etc. as long as it goes to the new owner on sale of the character. <3 Your art adds value too! <3
-No hate speech with my designs, please!
-Don't claim that you designed the character, please!
ON REDESIGNS
Small redesigns are considered edits, but if the character is completely unrecognizable after a redesign it's best to consider it a new design of your own. In these cases I may offer a trade of sorts for the old design, but it is not guaranteed, nor required for you to accept. Generally I'll just sort out credits with you, asking you to put my credits on the original design/ref and putting the new design's credits in the main 'credit' box! Contact me for questions, or for confirmation that the design is altered enough for this process!
Adding accessories/clothing to a character or just changing the species is considered a small edit!
-Unless otherwise stated, these are all of my design rules. I don't bite, so if you have questions just let me know!
