Ebony

First appearance: Volume 1: Prologue page 1 , chapter 2 of book 1.

Family: Vermilion- father. Ebony loves his father, but often feels like Vermillion isn't very devoted. But he wishes to know him better.
Silver- mother/bearer. Silver is his biological mother. She left when he was four, so he doesn't remember her. He doesn't wish to know her, since she abandoned them, so he'd rather focus on those that are still here.
Quartz- mother. Vermillion's other wife. He is very scared of her.
Cyan- triplet sister. He admires her fighting strength, and likes to relax with her. He knows her quite well, and loves her.
Scarlet- triplet sister. They are very close.
Sunshine- half-sister. They aren't too close, but they enjoy each other's presence.

Miscellaneous: refuses to eat eggs (like all avians), he has a passion for weapons and drawing/designing, skilled fighter, he and Scarlet are quite close, is a blacksmith and an artist

Backstory: Ebony is often pushed aside in favor of his stronger sisters. Though he likes to fade into the background to avoid their critical eyes. He knows he'll never rule, and that's the way he wants it. He'd rather be a blacksmith instead. He and Scarlet formed a bond at a young age, and Ebony latched himself onto her.
