Ficus lived on the sea or the road for a majority of his life, him and his mother travelling all over the Pacific and Atlantic oceans on their boat, only on land to transfer their boat from one side of the continent to the other. He joined the GC after his mother passed away in St. Prisca's Hospital, the hospital Sergio Draki works in, and the GC frequents due to the discounts they can get there.
A fisherman, and a bit of a marine biologist to boot. Ficus has saved dolphins with hooks in their mouths, turtles with garbage caught on their shells, and seals wrapped up in trash as well.
He's extremely calm and go-with-the-flow. He even speaks slowly when he does actually speak being a rather quiet kid, which is part of why he's called "Carp". The visual of two koi swimming in a circle slowly comes to mind when you ask Andy why he's called that-
He's the foil to his roommate Oliviander, but oh they get along amazingly. Ficus calms Oli down, and Oli helps Ficus get out of bed.

He ends up having thyroid cancer while with the GC, they manage to get rid of it with surgery and he goes on to be fine.
