1. Do not resell a design by me for more than you bought it for UNLESS there is extra art. If you got it in a trade or as a gift, this means you cannot sell it for any amount without extra art. I do not tolerate scalping.

2. I prefer all owners of my character designs to have a Toyhouse as it minimizes theft, etc.

3. I won’t prevent co-ownership of my designs, but I will not get involved with disputes over who owns what once the character design has been fully paid for and transferred.

4. Feel free to redesign a character however you wish once they’re yours. My only rules with that are that I ask my art not be edited in any way (no filters either) and that my “sphinxes” are not to be turned into animals as I work hard to make them people. If you intend to buy a “sphinx” design from me only to turn it into an actual animal/anthro, please don’t buy from me. Otherwise please redesign characters however you wish.

5. Even if the character is edited or redesigned drastically, never delete the original profile or artwork/design. If you feel you have redesigned the character sufficiently, I encourage the adding of secondary designer credits.

6. Do not turn a design of mine into an open or closed species community thing. This does not apply to personal species for worldbuilding purposes that you might share with your friends - that is totally okay.

7. If the design is part of any previous species of mine (especially MockWings or Eleutheans), I am almost always willing to buy them back and would love to be contacted before you sell to anyone else. Do feel free to reach out and ask about a transaction at any time.

8. Do not use my art for profit for any reason. If you would like to use the design (not my art) on physical merchandise, please discuss it with me.

Note: If the design in question is 2018 or older, I don't really care about rules 1 and 5.
