Friedrich doesn't know how he came to live in the pocket dimension of a great library, but over the centuries he's come to make it into a home for himself. Very meticulous and set in his ways, not much has changed over the thousand or more years that he's been there.
...that is, until he started seeing a man running through all the books and pages that make up his home. Following after, he's contiously seeking this man who always feels like he's just out of Friedrich's grasp.

Life has been stagnant for Friedrich for so long, he's become quite set in his ways and doesn't like to deviate away from them. He gets easily frustrated when it comes to change, but can handle things easier if he's eased into it. Really a charming man if you can get past his hawkish tendencies.

It took such a great deal of time for Friedrich to chase after James, finally catching his attention while traversing through one of his books. It had been eons since he had last seen someone new in one of his books, and to his surprise, found that the man had happened his way in there. James now stays with Friedrich and makes him quite cross, but he will admit it's nice finally having a bit of company.
