Shinji is a man, his pronouns are he/him, his sexuality is asexual panromantic and he's 20 years old.
Skills
Shinji is good at street fighting, he have learned how to fight thanks to his past friends and got better at it during the escape from his hometown, he's also precise and swift which makes him an amazing fighter. He also knows many things about crafting weapons and other tools useful for battles.
Equipment
Shinji owns multiple guns, including a 357 Magnum, a Mossberg 500 and a Barrett M82. Other than that he also got a robotic arm after he lost his left arm during a battle and he has a collection of blades, including 10 types of knives.
Why so many weapons?
Shinji owns so many weapons and is so strict due to the fact that he's constantly hunted down by a cult, that is also the reason why he ran away from his town. The leader of this cult is his ex Miyazaki Tanaka who lives to this day and well, she hates Shinji and wants him dead...
His morals
Shinji believes that anyone deserves forgiveness, but there are some people that can never be forgiven (like p##ophiles, serial killers, abusive parents), in some cases he kills criminals that he believes will never change. He is often called "The Wind of Justice" or "Phantom of the Revenge" by the people of the town.
"Modes"
The robotic arm gave him some certain new abilities, one of those abilities is switching between two modes, "MustSurvive" and "MustDie", the first mode is his idle mode, it's when the energy from the robotic arm focuses on defense, granting Shinji higher durability. The other mode is usually used by Shinji during a fight, it's when the energy from his arm focuses on attack, the damage he causes is greatly increased at the cost of defense... there is one more mode named "Bloodlust" mode, it only is triggered when Shinji is under extreme stress. At that moment, both Shinji's defense and attack is increased at the cost of his own self control...
