A strange man that lives in the dungeons deep under Hell’s castle. It appears that no one knew he was there, and has been there long since Draco was dethroned. No one knows why he is there, or how long he’s been there for, but it doesn’t seem like he’s interested in leaving.. So they just let him stay in his cell.
