Shaina Sandiego

An OC based on the cartoon canon of  Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?  However she was partially a sue

Still a lot of gaps cuz of the cartoon, hopefully the reboot can fix that 

I'm going off the cartoons canon

for now im assuming what happened

Shaina was around the same time Carmen was in the Golden Gate Orphanage,though very young. Carmen took an instant liking to the child , but lost her when she left the orphanage for Acme

before she crossed paths Shaina approached her herself, and they just started doing stuff together 

Carmen gave Shaina her last name so she could take over the thieving business
