A creature of nostalgia and comfort. Harvey is obstinate, offbeat, and a little bizarre, but friendly and amicable. She loves collecting old TVs, sound systems, video game consoles, and more, with CRT televisions being her absolute favorite.

No one's quite sure what the liquid coming from her eyes/nose/mouth is, but it's not dangerous and somehow doesn't make anything dirty. Drawing it is optional! She uses her extra arms to handle tools and electronics (they're also good for cheating at rhythm games).

Harvey has an unrelenting stubbornness when it comes to newer technology; not being outright opposed to it, per se, but she's critical of the wastefulness and fragility of modern devices.
