Her quirk is crystal and her name is Ruby. Her nickname is Rambling Rose because when she is overworked, she has to recharge by sitting in the moonlight and chanting. The rose part comes from her crystals. She mostly produces Rose Quartz. Her crystals form from the back of her arms + back and she has a crystal halo. She can generate crystals and shoot them like quills.
Halo changes colours depending on mood (consists of grays/ rosey colours)
She is a villain but has a thing for heroes, she tends to admire them. Also she's sweeter than she lets on but that doesn't mean you should let your guard down.
