About 
Coral's family has been a prominent part of the Octarian Military since the Great Turf War. They are known for their deadly bites, due to having venomous saliva. Coral was no different, and due to this she had trouble making friends in school as a child. Everyone knew about her and her neurotoxin, and they wanted nothing to do with it. No matter how long she wore a face mask or how bubbly she was, she was alone.

Her family were dismissive of her problems, teaching her to rely on them and focus on getting into the Military like them. She trained due to their pressure, and was enrolled early due to their long history with the Military. She was present during the fight between Agent 3 and DJ Octavio, and was changed after listening to Calamari Inkantation. At first she was uncertain, but some high-ranking soldiers began to go, and then she caught wind of a big group planning to leave in the coming days. She
was convinced, and wanted her family to join her.

Her family wasn't pleased with the news, deciding that she must be stressed from being new to combat and keeping her on lockdown in their house until she "recovers". At first she obeyed like she always did, but the feeling of betrayal consumed her and she finally broke free, using her training to escape to the surface with the group.

It was hard at first, she was alone in a fresh society that hadn't planted their roots yet. But she was determined to forge a future no matter what. She helped where she could and despite knowledge of her venom, other Octolings began to accept her and her assistance, though they still kept their distance enough that she had no one to consider a friend.

That all changed a year or so in, as an Inkling wandered into the heart of Calamari City. Everyone treated the intruder with mistrust, but Coral was fascinated. She approached them, learning that their name was Reef and discovering that they were "looking for Inklings." Coral agreed to help them find their own kind, and off they went.

Over the next week they spent hiking around the Peninksula, the two bonded. Reef was undeterred by Coral's venom, and Coral was entranced by Reef's singing. When the pair discovered a city in the distance, Reef said that was their destination and that they would be fine on their own. Coral begged to meet with them again, to which they agreed. They decided on meeting at the island that could be seen on the horizon of Calamari City.

And so, the two continued to meet. Their friendship grew and they ended up forming a band named 'SEAFOAM'. Their strong partnership and awesome music was enough to drag the cities away from the brink of war, and unite them under a (very uneasy) alliance. To further bring the civilisations together, they took the island they met up on and turned it into Nautilus Isle, where they live and host Turf Wars for the Inkling and Octoling youth.

Appearance
Coral is an average height Octoling with dark skin, blue eyes and blue fingertips. She has curled yellow tentacles with bright blue rings. She has long tentacles over her left shoulder and short ones on the right side, her fringe is side-swept and decorated with a pair of silver clips. She usually wears a cropped yellow-orange fishnet hoodie with matching beach/sport shorts with a white trim over a sleeveless tight black jumpsuit. She also has a pair of blue and white platform sneakers, black fingerless gloves and black headphones around her neck.
