 Spelunks are a small mammalian bipedal species that averages a height of 3ft tall. They can be found in areas where volcanic activity is present and they live in large cave systems which they decorate with silks, cloth, and any other sorts of crafts they make. They live in large communities, and trading is a way of life for them. Crystals are considered to be extremely special and can be traded for a hefty sum. An average spelunk spend most of its time underground, however there are individuals who dedicate their time to farming, fishing, gathering, woodcutting, or any sort of outdoor activity. It isn't unheard of for a community of spelunks to live far away from any caves, living in huts made from stone or wood. The small animals are misleadingly strong, gaining most of their strength from their large arms and paws. On average a single spelunk can lift and carry up to two times it's own weight.
