Former Agent 5

Lyra is a sanitised Inkling, though that is normally reserved for the Octolings she ended up caught in the crossfire during a battle and not saved. A former Agent and part of Captain Cuttlefish's crew, they were unable to find her and get her out and opted to leave and make plans to try and find her later. She currently works on DJ Octavio's side, helping the Octarians fight against the Inkling and Octoling Agents.

She feels a lot of anger towards the Agents, a large sense of betrayal for them abandoning her, to the point where the song 'Calamari Inkantation' makes her angry whenever she hears it play. However, around the Octarians, she is quite nice and friendly, being one of their best allies. The headphones she wears almost always has music playing through them, with a highly controlled playlist of songs that affect her mood.

Her ink colour is reflected by her fingertips and the ends of her hair, normally it is a reddish colour, but it will change to match the others whenever she is in a fight. Because she isn't working with the Inklings, she doesn't live in Splatsville or take part in Splatfests, but the noise from them really annoys her.

Even though her real name is Lyra, she has various nicknames from the Octarians that she prefers.
