Four talons on each hand, and always anisodactyl feet. Thin white eyelids to help show expressions. Face markings almost resemble a maple leaf in a bright orange and light black, but may be simplified. Crest extends up and backwards. Eyes are dark red with white sclera, and another set of thin white curves line the "mask" markings. Simple and loose outfits in natural colors and accessories with bright colors.
