Not following these TOS will always result in a blacklisting! Depending on severity, it may be temporary (always meaning one month) or permanently!

🍄- Do NOT claim to own characters made by me if they in fact are not. I always hand out TH profiles to keep track of my designs, you will never need to create your own! If you see a design by me that is not credited as such, please let me know.

🌱- Redesigns are OKAY. I MUST stay credited as the original designer however! Redesigning and selling the original is not allowed though. 

🍄- NEVER HIDE profiles of my characters! This is to have an overview of my Characters and to prevent scamming.

🌱- NEVER sell my characters for more than you have bought them for. Their worth can only be increased through additional art. Please do not make art for them and add a ridiculous amount to their worth if the piece is not priced like that in your commission sheets.

🍄- NEVER remove their Toyhouse profile! Please never remove or delete the profile/s i set up for you. This is also to prevent scamming. 

🌱- If you own a closed species design made by me, please consider the species‘ rules when trading. Most likely you will need to contact a masterlist to do so!

🍄- I will not do refunds!
🌱- By choosing to buy my adopts, you automatically agree to my TOS.
