Beryl

Beryl is a hummingbird spirit. She has been training, Phyre, a macaw spirit, who is still learning.
They are spirts that take care of the forests and jungles, from the biggest tree to the smallest flower. They tend to the life force within these places and make sure that when a tree is cut down and dies, that it's life force finds it's way to a new sapling, and so on.
Beryl has been training Phyre for awhile now, she always call him Greenie, as a nickname for him being new to this job. She's very quick and tends to lose her head in her work, which if it wasn't for Phyre, she'd had joined the forest's life force, long ago. She's very energetic and tends to flit about aimlessly, due to her hummingbird nature. She adores flowers and puts more work into making them beautiful.
Phyre has developed a crush on her, but she hasn't noticed since she works so hard. She cares for him enough, that I'm sure if he confessed his feelings to her she'd accept his affection, but until he makes a move himself, she's oblivious to this matter.
