Below will be a simplified version of my tos that is specific for toyhouse/the character itself!!! If you are transferring a character for any reason (sale/trade/gift etc...) make sure you are not transferring the character to someone who is blacklisted >_<

GENERAL RULES:
- Co-ownerships are fine. Just let me know. I do not want to be involved in any dispute that happens between the two parties.
- I require my designs to be on toyhouse (and preferably visible to me so that I can track them in case something happens). Do not delete their page unless you have my permission!

TRADE/SELLING RULES:
- You may give/trade/sell my designs if owned. You may sell the character at any price (if you are offered that amount), but make sure the buyer is aware of the character's worth when sold. Do not buy one of my designs just to make profit off of it.

DESIGN EDITS:
- I'm fine with changes to the design (ie eye color, etc..) as long as the design is still recognizable! Just make sure you keep a copy of the original design (in case of trading/selling/gifting). Credit must still be given to me as the main designer. - Adding wardrobes and changing hairstyles is also allowed.
- Do not make clones/twins of the design unless you've got my permission.

BLACKLIST:
- If you are caught breaking any of these rules (or any of my full TOS rules), you will be warned or blacklisted (depending on the situation).
- When blacklisted, you can not own any more of my designs. If you are caught getting one of my designs after getting told that you are blacklisted, the character will go back to the previous owner, or me, depending on the situation.
